- Cancellation by Traveler:
- Cancellations made 15 days or more before the departure date: 30% of the total package amount will be deducted.
- Cancellations made 8–14 days before the departure date: 50% of the total package amount will be deducted.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of departure or for no-shows: No refund will be applicable.
- Cancellation by Vaarahi Tours:
In the rare event that we cancel a trip due to operational issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule the trip for a future date. - Refund Processing Time:
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation. - Advance Payments:
Advance payments made during booking are non-transferable and subject to the above cancellation conditions. - Rescheduling Policy:
Travelers can request a one-time reschedule at least 10 days before the trip, subject to availability and approval. - Unutilized Services:
No refund will be provided for partially used or unutilized services such as meals, accommodation, or transport. - Mode of Refund:
Refunds will be credited to the same account or payment method used during booking. - Force Majeure:
