Booking and Cancellation Policy

•  Booking Process: Secure your spot by making an initial payment of ₹1500 per person.
• Payment Due: The balance amount is due 10 days prior to the departure date.
•  Confirmed Train Tickets: Book at least 25 days prior to the travel date.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellation before 30 days: Full Refund
  • Cancellation in between 15–30 days: 50% Partial Refund
  • Cancellation in between 13–15 days: 25% Partial Refund
  • Cancellation on or before 2 days: No Refund
