1. Booking Confirmation:
   All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. A confirmation email or message will be sent once the booking is verified.
2. Payment Policy:
   The remaining balance must be cleared before the trip start date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without any refund.
3. Cancellation Policy:
   • Cancellations made 15 days before departure: 30% of the total amount will be charged.
   • Cancellations made within 7 days of departure: No refund will be applicable.
4. Refund Policy:
   Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation of cancellation.
5. Rescheduling & Changes:
   Trips can be rescheduled once (subject to availability) if notified at least 10 days before the travel date.
6. Itinerary Modifications:
   The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. Alternative arrangements will be provided where possible.
7. Liability Disclaimer:
   Vaarahi Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, or delay caused by natural calamities, strikes, political disturbances, or any other unforeseen situations.
8. Traveler Responsibility:
   Travelers are expected to follow all safety instructions and maintain decorum during the trip. Personal belongings and travel documents are the traveler’s responsibility.
